Privacy policy
This policy explains how Haneen News Network, operated by Haneen Web, handles information when you read the site or contact us.
Contact messages
When you submit our form we store your name, email address, department, subject, message, submission time and consent so authorised staff can respond. Messages are not published. They remain in the administration system until deleted; older backups may retain copies. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses essential session and form-security cookies. A random browser identifier may be retained for 30 days; its hash supports approximate audience counts and abuse prevention. When enabled, internal analytics records page views, content interactions, approximate country when a trusted source is available, and the referring site's name without its query or path. The analytics tables do not store your IP address. Older analytics data is cleared after about 30 days when the scheduled cleanup runs. Server security logs may be handled separately.
External services and advertising
The site may load fonts or libraries from Google and jsDelivr; these providers receive technical information needed to deliver their resources. If the publisher enables Google Analytics or Google advertising, those services may use cookies and process usage information according to their own policies and applicable consent settings. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalised advertising at Google My Ad Center. Learn more at Google's partner-site privacy information.
Your choices
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect form submission or administrator sign-in. For questions about information you submitted, or a request to correct or remove it, contact haneen@haneenweb.com. Some records may need to remain for security, backups or applicable legal obligations.
