Doha ended its Macau 3x3 qualifying campaign with an 18-16 win over Bordeaux on October 17 but failed to reach the main draw, QNA reported.
The team finished second in its group after an earlier 13-19 defeat to Taipei Wanbao, which took first place. Only each qualifying group’s winner advances, so Doha’s closing victory was insufficient to keep it in the competition.
