Palestinian National Council head Rawhi Fattouh warned of worsening hunger in Gaza amid crossing restrictions, WAFA reported on 22 October.

Entry permission and delivery are different stages
The Logistics Cluster’s Gaza meeting record of 15 September 2026 describes separate arrangements for offloading and collecting cargo, alongside approvals for some materials. Entry permission is therefore not the same as food reaching recipients that day.
