Fidan to attend OIC foreign ministers' meeting in Baghdad

Türkiye announced on October 16 that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will attend the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Baghdad on October 17–18.
Fidan is scheduled to deliver an opening address as chair of the previous session. The council's chairmanship will then pass to Iraq during the 52nd session.
The brief foreign ministry notice confirms participation and the leadership handover. It does not announce prospective decisions or bilateral agreements; any outcomes remain subject to subsequent official statements.
