Katara and Peru’s embassy inaugurated a Peruvian corner featuring Marcelo Wong’s Prosperity and Wellbeing sculpture, QNA reported on 20 October. The installation forms part of bilateral cultural cooperation.
The red resin-and-fibreglass work was created in 2025 and stands 133 centimetres high. It introduces visitors to an example of contemporary Peruvian art within Katara’s cultural setting.
