Drone-attack casualties reported in Kharkiv and Belgorod

QNA carried reports on October 25 of one death in Kharkiv and another in Belgorod, alongside injuries from drone attacks. It attributed the Ukrainian account to Ukrinform and the Russian account to Sputnik citing Belgorod authorities.

These are separately attributed casualty accounts, not independent confirmation of both incidents. Keeping that distinction avoids presenting opposing sources as a single neutral verification. The reports concern the continuing war that began in February 2022; they do not establish a political settlement or a verified change in front lines.
