Local council head Abdullah Bisharat said access closures at Ras al-Ahmar, south of Tubas, had forced 19 Palestinian families to leave. QNA cited WAFA on 20 October reporting the blockade had reached its 36th day.
The report said 47 families had lived in the community months earlier and described land clearance for a military road. The family counts and field details remain attributed to the local source cited.
