Medical sources reported that a man and his wife were killed when an apartment near Al Shifa hospital in western Gaza City was struck, according to QNA on 20 October 2026.
The sources also reported two Palestinians wounded by Israeli fire south of Khan Younis, including a woman. The account mentioned gunfire around Al Mawasi and Salah al Din Street. These figures concern the incidents described, rather than a Gaza-wide casualty count.
