Qatar and Spain review cooperation on sidelines of Doha forum

Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam Al Misnad met Spain’s Secretary of State Diego Martínez Belío, QNA reported on 19 October 2026.

Held on the sidelines of the Global Security Forum, the meeting reviewed bilateral cooperation and shared issues. The announcement described continuing consultations and did not detail funding arrangements or signed agreements.
