Qatar and France sign humanitarian-cooperation memoranda

Qatar Fund for Development signed memoranda with Expertise France and France’s Crisis and Support Centre during a Paris visit, according to a statement carried by QNA on October 24. They address relief, development and institutional capacity.

The memoranda establish cooperation frameworks. The announcement specifies neither a new funding amount nor completed projects, so it should not be described as aid already delivered to beneficiaries.
