Qatar’s Interior Minister Khalifa bin Hamad held separate meetings with officials from Pakistan, Spain, Cyprus and the UN at the Global Security Forum, QNA reported on 19 October 2026.
The meetings reviewed relevant cooperation and ways to develop it. Participants included Mohsin Naqvi, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Costas Fitiris and Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert. The published statement did not announce a new security agreement.
