Qatar won two silver medals and a bronze in swimming and athletics at the Aichi–Nagoya Asian Para Games, QNA reported on 20 October. Shamil Shahin earned silver in 100m breaststroke and bronze in 400m freestyle.
Ali Arshid added T34 wheelchair 100m silver in 14.95 seconds. The Games run in Japan from 18 to 24 October, with Qatar represented by 12 athletes across three sports.
