Russeifa municipality honoured Zaid Al-Dabaj for winning a world kickboxing bronze medal, according to a Petra report published on October 16.
The recognition highlighted the value of sporting achievement in encouraging young people and the importance of supporting talented athletes as they continue training and competing.
Friday's report concerns the local ceremony celebrating Dabaj's result. It does not place the championship itself on that date. The occasion reflects community recognition of achievement in an individual sport.
