Russia’s defence ministry said it struck two cargo ships carrying what it described as Ukrainian military supplies toward Odesa and Chornomorsk on 22 October, QNA reported.
The ministry also described attacks on energy and logistics facilities. QNA separately cited Ukraine reporting two deaths in attacks on Kyiv. The claimed military purpose of the cargo was not independently verified in the account.
