Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan agreed to continue dialogue supporting regional cooperation, peace and security, according to the joint statement carried by Press TV after the Tehran meeting on 26 October 2026.

Mohsen Rezaei hosted Khalid bin Salman, Asim Munir and Ibrahim Kalin. The specified outcome is continued talks: the statement contains no ceasefire, implementation timetable or commitment resolving a particular dispute. Opening a regional security channel should therefore be distinguished from an agreement ending war or guaranteeing that attacks stop.
