UNRWA West Bank director Roland Friedrich warned of worsening conditions in Hebron during operations continuing since 23 October, QNA reported on 28 October. He said the agency distributed emergency assistance with partners and local authorities.

Friedrich referred to more than thirty-four thousand refugees still displaced from Jenin, Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps following northern West Bank operations. That figure describes earlier northern displacement, not a new Hebron tally. Current relief distribution is also separate from UNRWA’s demand for return and access to essential services.
