The EU Council imposed restrictions on three people and nine entities on October 15, alleging involvement in evading measures linked to Russia. The listings cover trade, logistics, payments and oil-related activity.
The Council said the targeted networks facilitated restricted imports or financial and shipping transactions. Those descriptions reflect the EU's stated grounds for the listings.
Measures include asset freezes and a ban on providing funds to listed parties. Individuals also face EU travel restrictions. The legal acts have been published in the Official Journal.
