Jordanian digital economy minister Sami Smeirat said 42 of 68 projects and initiatives in the country’s AI strategy were underway or completed, in a QNA interview published on 21 October.
That represents about 62% of the 2023–2027 plan, not completion of every project counted. The minister emphasised practical applications, domestic capabilities, improved services and productivity.
