Kuwait’s finance ministry announced a $3.25 billion international bond issue, QNA reported on 20 October. It comprised a $2.25 billion three-year tranche and a $1 billion ten-year tranche.
The respective spreads were 75 and 105 basis points over US Treasuries. Those are the announced benchmark spreads, not the bonds’ total yields.
