Turkey’s Transport Minister Abdulkadir Uraloglu projected a $55 billion economic contribution from the Development Road over ten years, QNA reported on 20 October 2026.
He said it could support an average of 70,000 jobs annually and described regional corridors as complementary links between Asia and Europe. These figures are government projections of future impact, not revenues already realised.
