Sneezing, itchy eyes and a runny nose can reflect pollen allergy. Symptoms recurring with exposure differ from a passing cold, but that pattern alone does not establish a diagnosis.

Reduce what you bring indoors: change clothes and shower after exposure, and avoid outdoor laundry drying when pollen is high. Seasons differ by country; use local conditions rather than importing another country's calendar.

A pharmacist can help select treatment; some antihistamines cause drowsiness. Worsening symptoms or inadequate relief warrant medical assessment rather than repeatedly switching products yourself.
