Healthy eating without a complicated list: variety before miracle products
WHO describes healthy eating through diversity, balance, moderation and nutritional adequacy, not a single miracle food

WHO describes healthy eating through diversity, balance, moderation and nutritional adequacy, not a single miracle food. Suitable meals vary with age, activity, customs and locally available foods.
Start with realistic shopping changes: whole grains, pulses and varied vegetables and fruit, while limiting free sugars and sodium. Frozen or canned choices can fit when they lack added sugar or excess sodium; fresh food is not the only practical option.
'No added sugar' does not make fruit juice free of free sugars. Consider ingredients and the overall diet rather than a package slogan, and discuss condition-specific changes with a professional.
