Can high blood pressure have no symptoms? Why checks matter
High blood pressure may cause no headache or dizziness

High blood pressure may cause no headache or dizziness. WHO identifies measurement as the way to detect it. Feeling well therefore cannot exclude hypertension, and a single reading does not explain an entire medical situation.
Less salt, regular activity and avoiding tobacco can help, but healthier habits do not automatically replace prescribed medicine. Discuss readings and follow-up with a clinician rather than changing treatment in response to fleeting symptoms.
Very high pressure accompanied by chest pain, breathing difficulty or visual disturbance requires immediate care. This is general education, not an individual diagnosis.
