Qatar’s cabinet secretariat announced the start of a digital infrastructure upgrade after signing a contract with Qatar Datamation Systems, QNA reported on 18 October 2026.
The project addresses technical infrastructure, business continuity, application security and data protection. The secretariat described the aim as more efficient internal operations and systems that can expand with future needs. The announcement marks implementation starting, rather than confirmation that every new component is already operational.
