Qatar's communications ministry launched a survey on October 15 asking citizens and residents about accessing and using digital services, as it prepares its second Digital Inclusion Index.
The ministry said responses would be analysed without identifying participants and the survey would be distributed through official channels. Targeted community interviews will complement the findings and help identify service improvements before the report's planned release later this year.
