UNESCO has published results from a July study tour in Shenzhen organised with CODEMAO to strengthen Africa–Asia cooperation in coding and AI education.
Representatives, students and educators from six countries joined policy discussions, technology visits and collaborative projects. Sixty-eight schools received pilot accreditation through the initiative.
The October 15 update outlines continued teacher training and school exchanges. Its publication date marks the new report, rather than the timing of the original tour.
